As the Managing Agent for the Hardin Village Homeowners Association, Inc., we want to ensure you are aware of developer plans to build a hotel and car wash across the street from our neighborhood. These developments would be located between 24 Hour Fitness and the Circle S Energy office building. The developer is petitioning the city to allow a tall hotel and is seeking a special use permit for the car wash. The Board opposes both developments and has expressed concerns to the city. We encourage all concerned residents to fill out the City’s Citizen Comment form. A meeting discussing this development has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 9th, 2024. Please attend the meeting to voice your concerns and learn about the proposition!
