The meeting will be held at Council Chambers 222 N. Tennessee Street McKinney, TX 75069.

  3. Proposed New Developments City Meeting

    Event Starts: July 09, 2024

    As the Managing Agent for the Hardin Village Homeowners Association, Inc., we want to ensure you are aware of developer plans to build a hotel and car wash across the street from our neighborhood. These developments would be located between 24 Hour Fitness and the Circle S Energy office building. The developer is petitioning the city to allow a tall hotel and is seeking a special use permit for the car wash. You can see more details on the City of McKinney’s Master Planning website - 24-0043Z and 24-0010SUP.

    The Board opposes both developments and has expressed concerns to the city. We encourage all concerned residents to fill out the City’s Citizen Comment form. A meeting discussing this development has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 9th, 2024. Please attend the meeting to voice your concerns and learn about the proposition!

    As the Managing Agent for Hardin Village Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 26th, at 7:00p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to elect one (1) Class A Member to the Board of Directors, and to conduct normal business of the Association.

    Enclosed in this packet you will find the Draft Agenda, Proxy, Ballot, and Candidacy Statement. It is important that you return your proxy, even if you plan on attending as unforeseen circumstances may occur, which prevent you from being able to attend. The Annual Election Meeting of the Members cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met, either in person or by proxy. If the quorum is not met, the meeting will have to be reconvened and rescheduled to a new date and time which could result in the Association incurring more costs.

    It is important that the Ballot and/or Proxy being submitted by U.S. mail or fax be returned by the deadline date of September 15, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. in order to be counted. Homeowners casting votes online as someone’s “Proxy” will not be counted until the actual proxy is sent to Essex for verification by the Owner. Homeowners who cast votes online as a property owner need not assign a proxy to another Owner as all Ballots cast online will automatically count for quorum and vote.
